Your right to cancel

14-day UK right to cancel; unused returns accepted.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel a standard order for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Made-to-order & personalised items

Items made or personalised to your specification are exempt from the standard cancellation right, except where faulty. This will be made clear before you buy.

Faulty items

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to return

Email us with your order number and we will confirm the return address. Refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe, normally within 14 days of receiving the return.
